Keith Belair - A life-long Salem, NH resident and US Army veteran, Keith Belair spent 20 years as a custom homebuilder. During that time he was the general contractor responsible for the construction of over 150 homes. After watching his father struggle with the purchase, shipping and installation of a Murphy bed, the decision to open a store providing those services and more was made. On November 1, 2003, he opened the doors to the first, and still only, More Space Place in New England. With his prior experience and the quest for the best in customer service, Keith personally handles all installation duties. He has been recognized by the franchise with the Summit Award, which is given for outstanding leadership and standards by his Franchisee peers. He has additionally received the Robert H. Wood Chairman’s Award, given by the franchisor itself to recognize outstanding contributions to the franchise and the furtherance of good business practices. He is currently the Chairman of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce and a past President of the Salem Contractors Association.

Bev - Bev Donovan is an Interior Design graduate from Hesser College, she has over 15 years of kitchen, bath and general design experience. A self-employed contractor for more than seven years, Bev understands design management and can help make your remodeling or construction process a smooth one. An active community member, Bev currently chairs the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce Business/ Education Collaborative. She is also an active member of the Windham Economic Committee, Windham Woman’s Club and several local and regional associations. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Community Economic Development.
