LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
More Space Place®warrants the products designed herein to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth and subject to the following conditions and limitations:
A lifetime warranty, against material defects or non-performance is provided for the frame, hinges, and drawer glides. This will be in effect as long as the product remains in its original state and has been properly installed in full compliance with manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures. The Counter Balancing Spring Systems carry a five (5) year Limited Warranty. It is normal for springs to soften with age and this is not considered to be a manufacturing defect.
Thermo-fused melamine panels, doors, drawer fronts, and thermofoil doors and drawer fronts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt. The warranty extends to include de-lamination from the substrate. Color variations caused by ultraviolet light, smoke, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may, over time, affect the color match. The aforementioned conditions are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are beyond the control of More Space Place®.
WOOD PRODUCTS
Wood cabinets, doors and drawer fronts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt. Color, grain pattern and texture due to natural variations are considered to be part of the beauty of a natural product. In addition to these natural variations, exposure to ultraviolet light and aging can also have an affect and are all beyond the control of More Space Place®.
More Space Place® recommends the use of our specially designed foundations and mattresses that have been specifically designed and built to be stored in a vertical position for long periods of time. The Verti-stor and Verti-Plus foundation and mattresses are warranted for ten (10) years from the date of receipt. Should the mattress fail due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, repairs or replacement during this period, the mattress is prorated at a rate of 1/10th of the purchase price times the number of years the mattress was in use. The Bright Morning Series carries a five (5) year warranty with a prorated rate of 1/5 of the purchase price times the number of years the mattress was in use. This warranty does not apply to any bedding that has been misused, regardless of any other defect and does not cover normal wear due to use. The warranty on the mattress shall be null and void if it has been burned, soiled, made wet, or improperly handled or abused.
More Space Place® will not be liable for damage or wear to any of our products if caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, if the product was not installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, or damage caused by water, freezing, flood, fire, smoke, or acts of God.
