Installation & Expertise
Who installs my custom system?
Our professional installers are all direct, trained employees of our company. We ensure quality and accountability by never using subcontractors.
The Design Consultation
What is the design consultation process like?
It’s a free, in-home visit where a designer will explore your space, discuss your specific organization goals (whether for a custom closet, pantry, home office, or wall bed), and go over design ideas, cost options, and a timeline tailored to your project.
How should I prepare for the consultation?
All you need is the desire to get organized and a clear idea of the specific areas you want to improve. We handle the rest!
Product & Warranty
What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of custom storage solutions, including custom closets, wall beds (Murphy Beds), home offices, pantries, and more—all tailored to your space, style, and organizational needs.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our custom storage systems.
The Custom Process
What is the overall process for getting a custom system?
It begins with your free design consultation, where we measure your space and craft a personalized plan. Once approved, your system is custom-built using durable materials in your chosen style, and then it is expertly installed by our professional team.
Cost
How much do your custom systems cost?
Since every system is custom-designed to fit your space, style, and specific organizational needs, costs vary widely. We recommend discussing pricing directly with a designer during your free in-home design consultation for an accurate quote.
